                By Qi MengJie (Beijing) 文:齐梦捷(北京)   A welcome-back celebration for our roving staff 出差返程欢迎会 From Preschool           Primary School 科学幼小衔接教育 Popular Beijing is giving their best to promote the new scientific approach to the transition from preschool to primary school.  北京大众同仁为普及科学幼小衔接奋勇而战。 In recent years, the Chinese government has frequently issued policy documents on the importance of a scientific transition of learning from preschool to primary school. Since 2019, the Ministry of Education has been raising the awareness of the importance of such an approach, and published a draft law in 2020 to provide legal clarity to the issue for the first time. In 2021, the Ministry of Education began implementing a series of steps after nearly 10 years of study into the issue. Keeping pace with the Chinese Ministry of Education, Popular Beijing has been actively helping the education departments in various provinces and cities with their implementation of the government’s new policy. At the forefront of our efforts are the sales and training staff from Popular Beijing’s Marketing Department and Training Department. From Concept to Implementation The commitment and hard work put in by all the staff from Popular Beijing’s Marketing and Training departments cannot be overstated, as they have been on the road constantly around China for months on end. Like respected teachers and trustworthy friends, our staff bring their voices to every corner of the country with professionalism and sincerity. Despite the uncertainty brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, Popular Beijing staff are still making their way to preschools around the country to promote the new approach, and are always on hand to respond to queries from the preschool principals and teachers. Conducting training during the day and doing their own self-study at night to stay abreast of the latest developments has become the routine for these roving staff. Come rain or shine, they give their best while adapting to all scenarios, as long as they have a computer or mobile phone with them to let them do their work. Staying up late into the wee hours to prepare for their training syllabus is common for our Marketing and Training staff.
