     Popular Canada’s Journey with 旺犬报捷: 加拿大大众与《汪汪队立大功》 The strategic partnership between Popular Canada and the popular animated TV series proved to be a striking success! 加拿大大众与人气电视动画系列的合作,取得空前成功! At Popular Canada, we are always looking for new ways to attract existing and new customers to our innovative and engaging learning products. In early 2019, we decided to enter the children’s educational market with licensed cartoon characters, with the goal of attracting young learners to our products by using cartoon characters popular with children in conjunction with Popular Canada’s top-quality educational methods. Once the decision was made, Popular Canada set out on this exciting journey by identifying three sets of potential cartoon characters that resonate among children aged three to five. The candidates were characters from Frozen, PJ Masks, and PAW Patrol. Our final decision was made after taking several factors into account, including the popularity of the characters, licensing terms, market size, and target audience. Ultimately, PAW Patrol was selected, because we predicted that the diversity of the PAW Patrol characters would resonate with many young learners and it best aligned with Popular Canada’s publishing direction. A licensing agreement was signed and our partnership began.
